Kellanova operated 38 AWS accounts with a combined monthly spend of $1,026,804, much of it committed through 1- and 3-year Savings Plans and Reserved Instances. They needed a holistic financial management assessment and a governance model that internal teams could operate independently.

• Reviewed full account structure, IAM delegation, and billing alignment
• Deployed CFM roles via CloudFormation StackSets that automatically propagate to future accounts
