As a Cabbage World 2026 attendee, you're eligible for a complimentary connected analysis of your cloud and AI environment. This is not a surface-level estimate — we connect directly to your infrastructure and AI tooling to show you exactly what you're leaving on the table.

The connected cloud analysis is normally priced at $10,000 per cloud provider — $10K–$30K depending on your environment. AI spend analysis is always included at no cost. The entire engagement is free for Cabbage World attendees who request it by April 30, 2026.

What we connect to

We establish read-only access to your cloud environment(s) and AI tool administration. This covers:

• Cloud providers:AWS, Azure, and/or GCP — whichever you use. Multi-cloud environments are fully supported.
• AI tools:Claude, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, and Google Gemini.

What's included

Cloud savings analysis

• Non-standard savings instruments:We analyze your environment against our full catalog of 30-day savings instruments — shorter commitment periods than the 1–3 year reservations most organizations rely on. This is where most of the untapped savings live.
• Light rightsizing:We identify low-effort, high-reward resource optimizations — instances that are over-provisioned relative to actual usage. These are the changes your team can action immediately with minimal risk.

AI license analysis

• License inventory:A complete count of AI licenses across every provider in your organization — how many seats you're paying for, broken down by tool and team.
• Overlap detection:Identification of users or teams paying for multiple AI tools that serve the same purpose. This is one of the most common sources of AI waste in organizations that adopted tools bottom-up.
• Unused license identification:Seats that are provisioned but show little or no usage — licenses you can reclaim or reallocate.

What you get back

A clear, actionable report covering:

1. Your verified cloud savings opportunity — a specific dollar amount, not a range.
2. A prioritized list of rightsizing recommendations with estimated impact.
3. A full AI license map showing total spend, overlap, and unused seats.

What we need from you

• Read-only access to your cloud billing and usage data (IAM cross-account role for AWS, reader role for Azure, billing export for GCP).
• Read-only API access to your AI tool admin consoles (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini).
• A 30-minute onboarding call to scope the analysis and configure connections.

Timeline

After the onboarding call, the analysis typically takes 1–2 weeks to complete. You'll receive a walkthrough of the findings with a Cloudsaver team member who can answer questions and help prioritize next steps.
